Licence Import hair care products like shampoo, conditioner, color protection  in India is permitted under  licence Which  have to obtain from DGFT ( Directorate of general foreign trade ) in India . 2 Packing Packing should be in bottled or sashes with the quantity packed . Should be manufacturer name address, e-mail,ingredients,telephone number  and also sticker name of importer with marking and labels of address, e-mail with telephone number  . 3. NOC We have to take no objection certificate from the Drug controller who is generally seating in custom area .
